You earned it and we think you deserve it. We pay you 100% commission and you pay us a flat closing fee. It’s that simple. No other off the top corporate fees or minimums to hit.

Great company!
I kept my entire commission of $24,825 and paid only a small flat fee to Advise Realty on the sale of my listing in Rockport. That's equivalent to a 95%+ commission split! And I was never alone all through the transaction. The broker/owner was always there to answer all my questions, provided the assistance I needed and was very helpful. The best part of it is this is the normal routine for our office, not an unusual or special case!

Freedom and Flexibility
I have been with Advise Realty for 7 years. The 100% commission is great and the freedom is a big plus, too. I work out of my home at my own pace. And when I need help the manager is always there. Apart from the MLS dues, I don't pay out anything until there is a closing and even then, it's only a small flat fee. I listed and sold a home in Reading and netted $16,760 for both sides of the transaction. After paying the office fee, what I got was equivalent to a 92% commission.
